IS SOY GOOD OR BAD FOR YOU?

Rich in protein, fiber and minerals, soy offers cardiovascular benefits, as well as an excellent amino acid profile. Depending on whom you ask, soy is either toxic sludge or a superfood. Now, a new study in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, showing that soy fights some of the harmful effects of BPA exposure, adds to the evidence that “superfood” may be a more accurate descriptor.
